Our team, made up of completely different but complementary profiles, uses, for some of them, the know-how developed during previous activities in other industries to put it now at the service of real estate.
Lawyer, architect, notary, international consultant, promoter, high level sportsman, development director, company director, entrepreneur, artist, asset manager... So many different experiences acquired, with an outside vision, combined with a deep knowledge of the real estate industry and market, allow us to have this different and new approach in the way of analyzing things and attracting new buyers. This horizontality makes us sensitive, both on the seller's and the buyer's side, and pushes us to find solutions that satisfy both parties.
For instance, a professional in organizing business meetings in different countries for financing companies and start-ups was able to identify a potential that is not completely insensitive to real estate projects. Indeed, many actors are looking for industrial gems or companies with the potential to become tomorrow's digital monsters, but when we came up with the idea to present to this panel of investors properties located in France, more particularly on the Mediterranean coast with either investment projects (building land, reconstruction of an old farmhouse into an office building, ...) or of requalification (castle into a hotel, large property into a guest house, ...) with, each time, possibilities of income and profitability, we have always been welcomed with a great expression of interest.
And we could describe to you a multitude of examples like this.

I GATE
offers more affordable products, to live or vacation in, to invest in, or to make use of.
